fritada, look it up
Hi guys, sorry i haven´t been able to upload sooner but internet is hard to come by. The wedding was amazing, it took place at a really old church built in the early 1900´s in gothic style. The pastor held the service in spanish so it was a bit difficult for me to stay with him. I got the opportunity to walk in with my niece. She looked amazing, and my sister whom was the bride looked elegant. Can´t wait to show you guys the pictures. Party party after that, i remember dancing with my grandma and walking up to a llama and donkey, real ones.
I´m late for a breakfast, i´ll post the pictures and let them explain the story.
I´m returning for the festivals at the end of the year before new years, if anyone wants to come back with me, i´ll be your guide and we´ll have the best time ever. Trust me.

buiness center wi fi

Hey guys, prompt rebound post from me, I´m only paying one dollar for an hour of wi fi here at some mall. Tonight i´m going out with my dad to see sme live performance somewhere in Quito, he´s on the third level of the mall drinking tea with some buddy while i ran down one floor to get some more blog loving in. Taxi cab drivers here are the ballsiest mother fuckers ever, I swear the last guy I took almost ran over a lady in a wheelchair only because he didn´t want to slow down. On a sad note my mom comes from a family of nine and last night while we were visiting the beautiful churches in the city, some bum came up to us asking for money, he looked totally drugged out and had one nano of sense inside of him, but my younger sister starts to cry next to me, while we´re in the car behind my moms car, so I turn to her and ask what the problem was? It so happens that the guy that walked up to us was one of my mom´s brothers who´s been a drug addict for over ten years, and not to mention homeless. His immediate family has done everything to help him clean up his act and sober up but every attempt has failed. My aunt explaiend to me that all the family takes turns going down to the center of the city to check up on him and give him food once every eight days. I guess they still love him as family should but he is so way fucked up I understand how sad the feeling must have been for my mom to see him. She didn´t cry during the ordeal or look away from him, she simply asked her brother to step away from the car. After that I couldn´t go to sleep thinking about what my mom must have felt but seeing her deal with it helped me understand that she´s made peace with the whole situation and doesn´t hate her brother.
That´s all for now.
I miss my bed mate
here´s a picture of the church I visisted at night.
from an internet cafe
Hey guys i´m here at an internet cafe letting you guys know how my plane ride to Quito was without any delay or turbulance. As a matter of fact I really enjoyed flying, although my second flight was a lot more cramped but they made it up with better food. So far the best part of this trip has been catching up with my cousins whom I haven´t been in contact with since my last trip when I was 8 years old. I have tons of pictures to show you guys of the restaurant slash after hours bar they took me to last night at the center of the earth but there´s no way of uploading the pictures here on this windwos 98 pc i so happened to find, with internet. I´m part of a wedding on saturday and tomorrow I´m planning on traveling to the mountain tops on zip line. The best part about traveling here is the transit system, I get from one part of town to the other on a bus for 35 cents and then take a taxi up a mountain puebolo for about one dollar 50. I´ve had sea food five times since i´ve been here and on the last trip I paid for the whole families food, including myself it was 6 full meals plus appetizers and I only paid 7 dollars. WOWWWW!!!!
Before this internet connection decides to bomb on me, i´ll hit post, but i´ll be searching for more internet cafe´s, this is the shittiest one I´ve been to so far but I have some down time while my father gets fitted for his tuxedo.
got to run,
sorry about any mistakes

Suggestions, where's my application

I have a seven hour wait time, until the next flight to Quito, Ecuador leaves. Why the shitty time? Well this was the last remaining flight out of Ecuador in time for me to make it to Heist in time. At least the Wi-Fi here isn't too slow and i've had zero sleep in the past week so maybe it'll help me catch up on some much needed rest. My flight from LAX to Panama city was really smooth, clear skies and wonderful weather the whole way here. It's such a culture shock to be the only person in 30 terminals to be wearing a purple sweater from American Apparel (thank you farah). I took a picture so you knew what i'm talking about. I watched two movies while on board first they showed Horton Hears a Who based on the book by Dr. Seuss, nex they showed a movie with Christina Richie called Penelope. If you ask me they were both bad choices because what I really wanted was to fall asleep and they were so enjoyable that they kept me up for 5 hours straight, so I didn't get to catch any sleep until about 6am. The food on the plane was horrific, I had 1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage, and 3 tots, with a mini cup of ice water. I think dirt off the planes wings would have tasted better. I just closed my container up and tossed it under my seat, I couldn't even stand the smell. If you're ever going to travel for such a long period of time may I suggest that everyone travel with a neck pillow, one like this.

I don't really know what I'm going to do with myself for the next 7 hours but keep me company on AIM!
LOVE YOU PANAMA

SCORE IN ECUADOR

Hi everyone, so if you have not heard the news i'm currently traveling to Quito, Ecuador for family reasons. I will be out of the country for nine days, not including flight time. I first want to apologize to Mark Rodriguez for having to miss his Birthday Bash, but my sincerest wishes go out to him and his huge celebration at the Heist. Don't miss out, last years Hyphy Crunk Bday extravaganza included Thunderheist, Steve Aoki, Lazaro Casanova, and Le Castle Vania. While i'm out of the country I hope to find some wi-fi connection near by so that I may upload pictures of my trip and daily updates. I will be traveling to Guayaquil and Quito, two of the largest cities in the country. I hope to also visit some ruins, mountain tops, and travel by zip line in the jungle. I hope my spanish isn't too rusty. If you would like to stay in contact with me feel free to keep me company by AIM or text message.
AIM: naz emo kidd
bye for now.

BANDS FROM THE PAST
What were some of your favorite songs from 10th grade?
Here is an old video from a small band out of Southern California. They are Name Taken and they broke up in June of 2007. This is what was most likely in my cd player back as a Sophmore in High School, catchy tune with emotional lyrics, hints to the origin of my screen name.
If you'd like to share some of your all time favorite music videos, please post them in my blog or message me on aim so I can post them up for everyone to reminisce.

INTERVIEW WITH DJ JIMMY BOY

INTERVIEW:
MAY 23, 2008
RUNNING RIOT: Jimmy Boy, many people might not know that you have a
large Hip Hop background. Can you tell us about how
you first became a Dj and whom you've worked with?
RUNNING RIOT: Jimmy Boy, many people might not know that you have a
large Hip Hop background. Can you tell us about how
you first became a Dj and whom you've worked with?
DJJB: I started dj'n back in Junior High, I was in 8th grade I believe, so I
must of been 13 or so. A friend was throwing a party and his dj
cancelled so they called me up, of course I was inexperienced, but I
enjoyed it and they payed me... so it got me even more excited about
djin. Now here we are 15 years later, doing an interview w/ Running
Riot. As far as working or djing with people just to name a few...
Irene, Humpty and most of all the classic house scene dj's. I was into
Spanish Rock so I'd dj a lot of concerts. In hip hop there's been
Reflex, Vice, Ever and practically half of the cats from POWER. I got
into Hip Hop just because the house scene basically died down, and that
was the hottest thing at the time.
RUNNING RIOT: How has your Hip Hop and mainstream radio experience
helped you in the electro scene?
DJJB: Its funny you mention that. That's what I believe sets me apart from
most scene dj's. The fact that I go from Electro to Indie, drop a
classic house track, transition to pop, into 80's and bring back with
some
Hip Hop. Basically its giving me the expericience to blend all these
genres.
RUNNING RIOT: What was the first party you ever spun? And do you
remember what your favorite song to drop was at that
time?
DJJB: Like I mentioned earlier it was a back yard party.. as we all start off
doing. All I remember I was off beat like a motha f@cker lol... dj'n
off
some cd player walkmans and a tape deck. But I did have a mixer... a
radio shack mixer.
RUNNING RIOT: What Djs have had the biggest influence in your
technical style?
DJJB: I admire a little bit from everyone... trying to stay different at the
same time... you don't want to be in an event and having the same style

RUNNING RIOT: Who is your favorite electronica producer?
DJJB: Lzrtag is doing big thangs... I like the Crookers. DMNDAYs has some
crazy stuff. Sleazy V as well. To me as long as your track sounds good
and keeps your crowd dancing, they got all my respect. And if your a
friend I'm gonna bang your track.
RUNNING RIOT: Are you producing any music right now? What artists
are you or planning on remixing?
DJJB: I'm working on a few things but I'm concentrating on a specific track.
LMAFO 'I'm in miami bitch'

I don't care for Bennasi
and Lil Jon always gots Patron in his cup...
RUNNING RIOT: Final question, where and when can visitors of Running
Riot go to see you spin some of the hottest sets in
the West?
DJJB: You can catch me every wednesday at clubAVENUE in Riverside. On EXTRA
LARGE Radio 88.9 every Saturday 4 to 6. And two times a month at club
BANG. And of course all the guest spots through the month. And don't
forget to check out my myspace.

REWARD IS CHEESE
So, here I am again. Thank you to all who have been supporting the FUCK THEFT propaganda machine, the wheels of steel have definitely been on overdrive and I am happy to announce that this weekend at HEIST I will be having a special T-Shirt release in collaboration with LYE clothing, it will be a very special limited FUCK THEFT EDITION. Working together with Christian Mustachio the artist behind the scene, we have designed a print that is sure to shock any future thieves from stealing anymore laptops.
Be sure to look out for the new Design this Thursday at Heist @ Florentine Gardens.
On another note. Does anyone remember this?

Taken at HYPE LA by running riot. I really must start remembering to Tag photos, but I'm glad the work is at least being shared.
TONS OF PHOTOS COMING SOON.

Don't know when this became a video blog

I'm still waiting to finalize some dates and times in order to get a video interview on this page. Finding free time outside of school and djing can be a major pain in the ass. Last night I didn't fall asleep till six in the morning because I couldn't get myself to open up my books and it ended up biting me in the ass. I am throwing an event with Mr. Bulimiatron on April 26th and it's going to be at the purple loft in Los Angeles, so far the night is being Hosted by Hyphy Crunk and we have Spy vs Spy, Bulimiatron, Dj Score, The Moongoons from Chicago, and Franky Fedz spinning. We hope to make it as fun and safe as possible for everyone and of course we will be providing the cool tunes and alcohol. I'm still debating whether or not to rent a hotel so that we may all cruise over and not drive home but that's still in the air.
Here's a taste of what the flyer will be looking like. Expect a few minor changes but nothing drastic. If you're not at Coachella, everyone should really be here on Saturday night.
AMAZING LUCK
For all the halo3 lovers out there, this post is for you. And a reminder if you have not already downloaded the new legendary pack with three new maps, get on it. Avalanche is a huge snow bound like map with tons of weapons and lifts, Ghosttown will be your new favorite map, hands down. Finally there's the remake of a halo2 map, i'm still undecided about it.
enjoy the video.
enjoy the video.
