Why do bugs bite instead of kiss?

As hot as the sun and no slowing down in sight, the kids from The Heist have forced people to start taking notice. People have always been dancing this hard, but the big question is, why choose a Thursday night to host all the madness? Having no previous experience running a club in the electro scene, Mark Rodriguez, Dj Score, and Erick Neutron embarked on a journey none of them could have ever envisioned turning out like this. Their Heist trip has had its ups and downs beginning at Mensa Lounge in LBC , pit stops at the House Lounge in Maywood, The Airliner in Los Angeles [everyone's favorite], the Cave back in Long Beach, and now they are touching elbows in a city known for glitz and glamour, Hollywood, CA. Many people still ask why the Heist ever moved out of the Airliner, well i'm telling you now, it wasn't an easy decision and although Heist lost a lot of new friends and fans, the situation was out of anyones hands. Because of city politics, unfortunate events, and paperwork mix ups all combined and lead to the unfortunate divorce from Heist and Airliner. In the mean time take a look at what they have planned for us this Thursday Night and come support. It's not sure where their bus stop ends, however, they are sure to keep making people dance.

Side Notes: I've attached some videos and music that I personally have not been able to stop replaying in my head while I'm not in front of my computer. Feel free to enjoy and or hate.

coming soon..... Video Interviews with Special Guest Djs and Promoters. Stay tuned.

WE ARE NOW IN HOLLYWOOD!
"YOUR THURSDAY NIGHT DANCE CONCERT!

This is an update on the current venue situation:

It is our pleasure to announce that after reviewing several venues over the past week, we had finally made a decision. It was a long and stressful ordeal in overlooking all aspects and of course, taking your opinions into consideration. After bearing into mind several potential venues, we have set foot into making Florentine Gardens the new home for The Heist. It is a great accomplishment to reach the stakes of Hollywood, bringing our movement to a place where we both love and admire. Being in the epicenter of what stand for, we will be able to make new friends by bringing our family from Long Beach to a new experience. Those from Los Angeles will have a new reason to visit Hollywood and our friends from the Valley will be able to make this a weekly event. Our decision is unbiased towards any cities we have held The Heist before and we feel that by presenting The Heist in Hollywood, it will meet the expectations of our friends from day one to the newcomers for our grand opening.

We now have everything necessary to fully expand The Heist to its fullest; A 1500 capacity venue, an ideal location, and a line up for the following weeks that is uncanny. Please note that this will not change any aspect of how we run things. Prices will remain the same.

We cannot thank you enough for bearing with us through these hard times. To see so much support even on nights we were forced to shut down gives a new meaning to “Heist Family.” We want to thank you again for your opinions and comments. Keep them coming!!!

More than ever, this is a time were we can use all the support we can get. Any support is greatly appreciating in spreading the word to others that The Heist has finally made it to Hollywood!

THE HEIST WILL NOT BE STOPPED!!!

Mark and novel should never be placed together in the same sentence. Marks a genius at what he does, except cooking me breakfast.
